Easy Sleep Pillows carry a 90 Day Satisfaction Money back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 90 Day money back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. We believe that you will be satisfied with your pillow purchase. A new pillow is like a new pair of shoes you need time to adjust to it as you are not use to the new comfort levels and pressure points. You need to use your new easy sleep pillow for a minimum of 60 (sixty) days before a money back request can be made. Please email us at info@easysleep.co.za within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been damaged or soiled after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. You may elect to receive a refund or a Swap-Over or and upgrade to a different pillow. All delivery and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. You may be charged a R150 (one hundred and fifty rand) admin/sanitization fee If you wish to avail yourself of the 90 day money back Guarantee on a pillow purchase. All returned pillows are either donated to charity or sold into the hospitality industry. The refund provided will be your purchase price excluding the initial delivery costs less postage paid. If you purchased the item free of delivery then an amount equal to what the delivery costs were will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you return the product via a reputable courier company and that you pre-pay all postage and shipping charges. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit. We therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your courier of choice. Easy Sleep will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
