Warranties
When investing in any product online, there`s a reasonable fear your product will be faulty or it will disappear and never make it to your doorstep! We have absolute confidence in providing you with the best service & products and that is why we provide a 10-year warranty on all our mattress toppers. In addition, all orders are fully insured and will be replaced should your parcel get stolen/damaged during transit.

It is important to keep in mind the reason why the warranty exists. The main purpose of this policy is to cover our clients and ensure that you receive a premium product, not improper use, or a normal increase of wear and tear.
Sagging
Your mattress topper should maintain a solid, even sleeping surface for between 5 to 10 years. Sagging is expected with frequent use; however, excessive or premature sagging is a sign of a defect.
Significant bunching
Significant bunching that occurs during the early years of the topper can indicate that there is a possible manufacturing defect. If found to be a defect the topper will be replaced under the 10 year warranty.
Foam
We use a premium foam for all our toppers. We offer a 10 year guarantee on the foam. Any physical flaw in the Memory Foam Mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
Damaged on Arrival
Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product.
Normal Wear and Tear
All mattress toppers experience minor imperfections after prolonged use. Physical flaws including discoloration, scuffs, lumpiness, and bunching materials all appear over time with normal usage but are more of a sign your mattress topper is old rather than defective.
User-Inflicted Damage
If damage occurs due to misuse, such as scratched, scuffed, or torn fabric from moving the mattress or sagging as a result of jumping on your bed, your warranty won’t cover repairs or replacement for such damages.
Dissatisfaction With the Product
We do not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind for whatever reason, such as size, feel, or performance.
Stains
Food or drink spills and other accidents void a mattress topper warranty because liquids corrode mattress materials, causing the mattress topper to break down and lose its structural integrity. Also, liquid damage and irremovable stains on mattress toppers are unsanitary and unsafe to return to mattress warehouses. We always encourage our clients to purchase a mattress protector.
Failure to Unpack Mattress
If you leave your mattress topper in its box for an extended period (over 8 weeks), it can cause permanent damage. While it’s okay to vacuum-seal a mattress topper for shipping (since shipping only takes a few days to a week), it shouldn’t stay in this condition for too long.
Exclusions of Manufacturing Defect
- Normal Softening/sagging that is less than 1 inch
- Damage due to misuse
Staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns,
- Use of a mattress on a base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress topper
- Mattress Cover, if any
Zipper on the Mattress,
- if any
Unauthorized service during the warranty period.

Warranties are
With a prorated warranty, you must pay a fee or a certain percentage of the cost when repairing or replacing your pillow. The prorated charge you pay increases over time, often several years, because your pillow is more vulnerable to damage with age. In case of a repair or replacement, manufactures only cover a percentage of the Pillows initial value because its value decreases with time.
If you properly maintain your pillow and use a waterproof pillow protector, you can keep repair costs down. However, you still have to pay a prorated replacement charge if your pillow needs to be repaired or replaced.
